As part of its social responsibility, which focuses on sports, health, education and environmental conservation activities, A’Saffa Foods, through its golden sponsorship, has contributed to the support and success of the 3rd Gulf Caravan Forum, which was held recently in Ateen plain and Marbat Beach. A’Saffa's sponsorship comes from the belief that the way forward lies in the importance of strengthening the relationships between Gulf people, in addition to creating a pleasant atmosphere and a unique experience that contribute to the tourism promotion of the Sultanate, and the establishment of this forum encourages the Gulf visitor and resident to know more about the tourist features and sites that Oman owns. Additionally, it is an opportunity to attract Gulf tourism to Oman and promote it during summer season, and to attract citizens from different Gulf countries during the holiday period throughout the year, in light of the development of the tourism sector via the facilities, services and products. The forum was organized by Caravan Oman and has the participation of 60 tourist caravans for the owners of mobile caravans from various Gulf countries, and on this occasion Mr. Jassim bin Mohammed Al Araimi, one of the supervisors of Caravan Oman said: “We are very happy to establish this forum which brings us together for the third year with our brothers from GCC, and on behalf of all members of Caravan Oman, I thank A’Saffa Foods for their support and golden sponsorship of the events that were well received by the participants, and which were interspersed with programs and visits to several beautiful tourism sites in Dhofar province in light of the activity witnessed by the tourist movement during Khareef season.” It is worth mentioning that A’Saffa Foods is committed to providing its services to the community through its role in social responsibility by providing support for activities and events that contribute to the tourism and economic sector in Oman, such as tourism promotion of the Salalah Khareef Festival, which is considered as a favorite tourism destination for tourists due to the province's unique tourism and environmental features, in addition to its cultural, historical and heritage and exceptional weather during the Khareef season, which contributes to the provision of an authentic tourism experience enhanced by the Omanis’ warm hospitality.
