A’Saffa Foods celebrates National Day by organizing an Art Competition and Zingle Party for school children
Posted on Dec 18, 2017
A’Saffa Foods has always been dedicated to children-centric initiatives and programs since inception, as the company believes that children are an integral part of society and the future of tomorrow. In taking this philosophy forward this 47th National Day – the company focused its efforts on organizing an Art Competition and Zingle Party for students of the Jawharat Muscat School.
The cornerstone of the Party was a coloring contest that was held for the kids that required them to color a drawing of their choice, in A’Saffa’s all-new children’s Coloring Book that was also launched at the event. A’Saffa Foods Coloring Book for kids contains drawings of kid-favorite products from the A’Saffa range such as – nuggets, sausages, popcorn, strips, to name a few. Three children – Dorah Said Alabri, Rawan Rashid Alalawi and Arwa Khalef Al Subhi, won first, second and third place respectively; and received special goody bags from A’Saffa Foods.
“A’Saffa Foods has a reputation for being committed to the community,” said Sidhartha Lenka, Head of Marketing and Sales, A’Saffa Foods. “That commitment begins, first and foremost, with children. We’re both honored, and delighted to continue working towards putting a smile on their innocent faces through our several child-centric initiatives such as the Zingle Party.”
The Zingle Party also included a feast for all the school children that included kid-favorites such as Fillets, Drumettes, Lollipops, Popcorn and Strips, under the A’Saffa’s Zingle chicken range. A favorite with families that enjoy crispy and spicy chicken - the A’Saffa’s Zingle chicken range is quick and convenient to cook, and is hygienically processed from the purest, premium natural ingredients and aromatic spices. The range has been produced using the latest research and studies, making a crispy and spicy dish whilst keeping in mind the brand’s tasty, healthy, 100% natural and pure stance.
Each child received the company’s recently launched Atfal Club book as a gift for participating in the competition. The A’Saffa ‘Atfal Club’ book has been conceptualized with the aim to teach young children the ‘10 healthy habits of happy children’. Having fun illustrations, the book’s age-appropriate, expressive activities can help kids work through and learn ‘10 healthy habits of happy children’ with ease; while providing them with a positive and engaging outlet to express their feelings.
