Ingredients
• 24 A’Saffa chicken legs
• 2 sticks butter
• Juice of 2-3 lemons
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions
• Preheat the oven to 450o F • Line baking sheets with foil • Melt butter in a saucepan
• Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cayenne and garlic; stir and set aside • Rinse and
pat the chicken legs dry • With metal tongs, dip chicken legs one by one into the butter
mixture and place on prepared baking sheets • Give one last coating of the butter
mixture with a pastry brush • Place into the oven for 30 - 35 min, basting a couple of
times during roasting • If necessary, turn on the broiler for a 2 min and watch closely •
Remove when golden brown
