Ingredients
For the AGLIO E OLIO spagetti
- Ekthiari chicken breaded fillets (Low fat, low calorie)
- 250 grams spaghetti
- 1 + 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 - 5 Cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli Flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley dried
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 - 3 tablespoons parmesan grated
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp of readymade pasta sauce
- 4 to 5 tbsp of mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions
While the spaghetti is boiling, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, and add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute for about a minute, making sure not to burn the garlic and add spaghetti, butter, parsley and salt. Toss well till the herbs coat the spaghetti and the butter has melted.
Either airfry or deep fry or sauté the Ekhtiari breaded chicken fillets (low fat, low calorie) on a grill pan till they are golden brown.
Top these fried Ekhtiari breaded fillets (low fat, low calorie) with pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese and place them on a greased baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 c and place the tray with the fillets in it for about 10 mins or till the cheese on top has melted.
Serve these fillets on a bed of aglio o olio spaghetti with crusty bread or salad.
