Ingredients
• 2 (4 lb) tender A’Saffa tender chicken breasts
• 3⁄4 cup salad oil (1/2 canola & 1/2 olive)
• 2⁄3 cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp thyme
• 1 tsp garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
• Mix all ingredients (except chicken) for marinade • Marinate chicken for 1 hr up to
overnight • Place chicken in baking dish • Bake 1 hr at 350o F, then broil 15 min or until
golden brown
