
A'Saffa Foods CSR initiative - Let Us Achieve Their Dreams 4 receives positive response on Facebook

A distinctive social responsibility initiative launched by A’Saffa Foods - ‘Let Us Achieve Their Dreams 4’ has been making waves all over Facebook. The one-of-its-kind gesture from A’Saffa that will help realize the dreams of 22 children living in special care homes has garnered an extremely positive response from Facebook users throughout the Sultanate and beyond; with an overwhelming number of them lending their support to the cause.
“A’Saffa Foods ‘Let Us Achieve Their Dreams 4’ campaign works towards the milestone of positively impacting the lives of 22 children, said Sidhartha Lenka, Head of Sales and Marketing, A’Saffa Foods. “We began the initiative with helping five children achieve their dreams in year one of the initiative, and decided to extend the same to 10 children in the last two years. With the initiative getting bigger with each passing year – we are delighted that ‘Let Us Achieve This Dreams 4’ will extend its helping hand to 22 children this year.”
He continued - “At A’Saffa Foods corporate social responsibility is taken extremely seriously; and we have been committed to helping children within the Sultanate with hope and opportunity right from the time of inception. The company believes that children are an integral part of society and the future of tomorrow. ‘Let Us Achieve Their Dreams’ hence focuses its efforts on helping children live better lives by making their dreams come true.”
To participate and do your bit towards fulfilling the dreams of the 22 selected children (belonging to the age group of 5 years to 7 years) this year, A’Saffa Foods urges one and all to visit their Facebook page and ‘Like’ the post with the theme – ‘Let Us Achieve their Dreams 4’ by 22nd June. Every ‘Like’ will generate 100 Baiza that will be donated by A’Saffa Foods towards presents (iPads and Play Stations) for the children: Ali, Bader, Hamza, Issa, Jasim, Yasir, Younis, Sami, Suliman, Sultan, and Asma.”
